DEMO: Concealed Carry & Home Defense Fundamentals
Deciding to carry a firearm concealed is an enormous decision that no one should take lightly. Beyond the physical risk, you also have to weigh the emotional, psychological, and financial hardships that can follow a defensive shooting, even when you are unquestionably the "good guy" in the situation.
This class is for the gun owner who is seriously considering carrying a concealed firearm in defense of themselves, their loved ones, and their family. We cover the skill sets that matter most: conflict avoidance, situational awareness, and the legal use of deadly force and its aftermath.
This 7-hour class satisfies Michigan's CPL Part I classroom requirement. Part II (the 2-hour range training) is scheduled separately. This class meets or exceeds all State of Michigan classroom requirements necessary to obtain a permit to carry a concealed pistol.
